Our lives are full of constant change and adapting. Sometimes when we are dealing with change, we may benefit from some help to work through it. Challenges and change in life can be tough when we consciously choose to make a change; aware it may be coming and do our best to plan; other times it can surprise us and leave us without the time or space to process the change. Sometimes it can be tough to know how to navigate our new 'normal.’
Changes can have us doubting our beliefs, our personal values and even ourselves. How we navigate these shifts in our life can influence our confidence and relationships. The purpose of therapy is the possibility for you to look at your struggles during life as an opportunity to discover strength, purpose and capacity to help you move forward in a direction that is right for you and your future.

When you make your first appointment, please click 'Informed Consent Agreement' & 'Client Form' to read, accept and fill out the two required forms. These forms are connected with your email and are confidential. They are automatically sent to me when you press 'submit' at the end of each form. Please ensure you have read and agreed to the terms outlined before your first appointment. This will allow us to maximize our time together. If you prefer to print out and send me the answers please email me and I would be happy to email you a copy.
